The Robert Darbishire Practice is part of Manchester Medical School at The University of Manchester. All of the clinical and nonclinical staff are University employees. This makes us very different from the vast majority of practices which are owned by the GP partners that work there. Any surplus income is reinvested in the practice in order to improve the service we can offer to our patients and the working lives of our staff. As part of the University, the practice is involved in the education of the healthcare professionals of the future.
