Wigan Council is out to cause a splash this summer. Its Children and Young Peoples team is putting on all sorts of water activities throughout July and August including the ‘Canalside’ project, a water festival and a dragon boat competition. Canalside will be held between July 21st and August 29th on the Leeds Liverpool canal at various locations across the borough.
