We are currently one of the most succesful clubs in the NorthWest, particularly at foil and sabre. We regularly have fencers reach the finals of prestigious competitions and have had many fencers selected for NorthWest, English, and British teams. We train on a Thursday night. The session begins at 7pm and ends around 9.30pm. Beginners are welcome, though we would prefer that they join one of our beginners classes. The coaching team includes an Hungarian Diploma master and former Olympic fencer as well as those qualified at British National and County levels. We charge £5 a session for visitors however this does not include an individual lesson.For Under 18s and those in full time education we charge £20 a year membership fee and each session costs £4.
